Short Description of Changes

This ECO covers the addition of the plastic stopper to block the output tray sensor arm from entering the recessed area of the DS950. This is intended to prevent the sensor arm from potentially getting stuck in the recessed area and causing a false bin full message and does not alter the system's reliability, functionality, capability, or operation. Based on the information provided, it has been determined that no further testing is necessary.

Commissioner Donald Palmer began his year-long term as Chairman of the U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC). Commissioner Thomas Hicks will serve as Vice Chair. They continue to serve alongside EAC Commissioners Christy McCormick and Ben Hovland.
