ECO-01720 is created to make the following changes to the Verity Vanguard Manual Application Hash Validation Process Document (Vanguard Manual Application Hash Validation 1000828 A01):

• Update workstation manual process to provide a manually produced output that can be more easily compared to the hash values obtained from the EAC’s national repository.
• Reformatting for readability and usability.
• Errata corrections.

The changes described in this ECO make no modifications to any electronic, software, or firmware components.
The ECO is applicable to the Verity Vanguard 1.0 TDP only.

It corrects system documentation that previously listed CFast model numbers inadvertently reversed.

Previously certified EMS 4.41 laptops, including Dell Latitude 3540, are end-of-life. The Dell Latitude 3550 will replace these end-of-life models as the next model.

This ECO makes minor mechanical and cosmetic improvements to Verity Vanguard devices prior to initial production for deployment in jurisdictions. This ECO also adds a “VVSG 2.0 EAC Certified” sticker to the Vanguard devices with the artwork received from the EAC.

The changes described in this ECO make no modifications to any electronic, software, or firmware components.

The ECO is applicable to the Verity Vanguard polling place devices only.

The ICX Prime vendor is requesting to add 64GB and 128GB SSD data storage capacities as alternate options due to commercial availability being affected by supply chain shortages. Currently the ICX Prime comes with 32GB SSD data storage. 

Added DELL Pro 14 laptop computer as an ICVA client workstation due to the DELL Latitude 3340 and 3420 laptop computers becoming commercially unavailable for purchase.
