This ECO documents a minor change order request to add a Dell Pro Series 16 PC16250 device as a COTS Design, Count, and ScanStation to ClearVote 2.5 due to the end of production life status for the current model (Dell Latitude 5550). Clear Ballot Group requests engineering change order (ECO) approval to add the alternate component for the ClearVote 2.5 system.
