There are many steps than must be taken for a voting system to be certified by the EAC. One of the most important of these steps is the process of creating a trusted build. But what is the trusted build and why is it required?
Verity Voting 2.3, 2.4, 2.5, 2.6 Systems
This ECO modifies a power regulator circuit design on the Verity Touch Writer Duo series baseboards to move away from the Linear Tech LT8711 power controller and instead use the more wisely available Texas Instruments (TI) TPS552882 series part.
The modification describe on this ECO is functionally identical to existing baseboards and does not require any change to software.

ES&S Voting System 6.0.6.0 (EVS6060) presents a fully integrated suite of election management products that fully comply with the EAC Voluntary Voting System Guidelines, Version 1.0. This release introduces the DS950®, a new high-speed central count scanner and tabulator with ballot sorting capabilities.
EVS6060 introduces light blue 4GB, 8GB, 16GB and 32GB USB flash drives with modernized USB capabilities to replace end-of-life dark blue USB flash drives. This release also introduces a 256GB USB flash drive with capacity for central count results export capability.
Additionally, this release introduces end-of-life hardware replacements for batteries for both versions of the ExpressVote.

All-In-One Voting Station, which has been fully customized to accommodate both an Infinity DRE (any certified revision) and VVPAT printer in one voting station.
D-Suite 5.5-B, 5.5-C
The ICP2 LCD and touch panel assembly (DVS PN 123-000439) currently assembled by Bi-Search International (BSI PN TAG057VTN01.1-DV), but to mitigate lead-time issues and availability of modules assembled by vendor BSI, Dominion has added one new vendor to produce the assembly using the same identical COTS parts that are used in the BSI assembly. The assembly by Avalue Technology has been tested to ensure it meets Dominion’s production specifications. Avalue is providing this assembly under their own internal part number (ES-60000000069R).
