The U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC) Board of Advisors, as required by the Help America Vote Act of 2002, met to organize and select officers following a suspension of activity. The board presented its views on issues in the administration of Federal elections, formulated recommendations to the EAC, and received updates on EAC program activities.  The Board designated a Bylaws Committee, an EAC Executive Director Search Committee, and a Voting Systems Standards Committee.
