The U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC)’s Board of Advisors will host an in-person public meeting on April 18-19, 2024 at the Fontaine Hotel in Kansas City, MO. The Board of Advisors is a 35-member board composed of representatives from various EAC stakeholder associations, federal government agencies, and Congress. 

This meeting is in person and open to the public. If you are a member of the public and you are interested in attending, please register below. The EAC will only accept written comments and questions from members of the public. If you would like to participate, please email [email protected] with your full name and question or comment no later than 5:00 p.m. Central Time on April 17, 2024.

WHEN: Thursday, April 18, 8:30 AM-4:00 PM Central and Friday, April 19, 9:00 AM- 11:45 AM Central

MEETING LOCATION: The Fontaine Hotel, 901 W. 48th Place, Kansas City, Missouri 64112 

PUBLIC REGISTRATION LINKPlease note this meeting will not be live streamed. Board of Advisors members should have received instructions on how to attend through the Board's Designated Federal Officer and do not need to register.
