Election officials and election workers often work in high-pressure environments and interact directly with members of the public. The U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC), in partnership with the American Psychological Association (APA), developed two videos to help election officials and election workers manage challenging interactions and better understand and respond to workplace stress.
The EAC developed companion resources based directly on each video. The videos, two-page resources, and pocket guides provide the same information in different formats, giving election offices flexibility in how they use and share the information.
For best practices, tools, and guidance on other topics, refer to the main Clearinghouse Resources page.
