The Technical Guidelines Development Committee met at NIST in Gaithersburg, Maryland on September 15-16, 2016 at NIST. The meeting focused on the development of next-generation voluntary voting system guidelines.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Discussions included following up on topics from the February TGDC Meeting include cybersecurity, human factors, interoperability and testing; the scope of the VVSG, post-HAVA voting system requirements, usability & accessibility, and security; and the VVSG 2.0 Project Charter.
