Each state and territory administers elections differently. The EAC provides summary information pulled from state websites. Voters must verify summary information through linked state and local sources to ensure registration information and timelines are up-to-date.

*Same-Day Voter Registration in New Mexico: SDR is available for eligible voters at their County Clerk’s office or at any polling location in their county on Election Day. Additional Early Voting locations may also provide SDR – it’s best to check with your local county clerk.
