ESTEP Manual & Forms
The Election Supporting Technology Evaluation Program (ESTEP) Manual establishes the requirements and procedures for manufacturers participating in the program. The ESTEP Forms are used by both commercial and in-house manufacturers to participate in the program and provide information to the EAC throughout the testing and certification process.

ESTEP Forms
Use this form to register as a commercial or in-house election-supporting technology manufacturer with the EAC. Registration is a one-time requirement before a manufacturer can submit a system for testing.
