The site navigation utilize the arrow, enter, escape, and space bar keys. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand or close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and traverse through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu links.
Payments and Grants
This office provides oversight, monitoring and technical assistance to states and local election jurisdictions for HAVA funds. Formula grants include Requirements Payments to help states meet the requirements of Title III in HAVA, and the 2018 HAVA Election Security Grants to support election system upgrades to strengthen election security.

The U.S. Election Assistance Commission will host an Election Data Summit from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. on Thursday, June 27, 2019.
The event coincides with the release of the 2018 Election Administration and Voting Survey (EAVS) and will feature expert speakers examining how to use data to help America vote.
The day’s keynote speakers and panel discussions will include a look at data within the newly released biennial EAVS survey, as well as broader panel conversations covering issues such as how data can be used to address election security, improve voter registration, modernize election management systems, and enact best practices for serving voters covered under the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting (UOCAVA) Act.
The event is open to the public and will be livestreamed on the EAC’s website.
