Voting System Testing Update

The “Voting System Testing Update” blog is an effort to keep everyone informed of the progress systems in the EAC’s Testing and Certification Program are making each week.  We hope that this adds additional transparency to our process and allows stakeholders to get a regular update about test campaigns that impact their jurisdiction.

Voting Systems Under Test: 

Dominion Democracy Suite DVS 5.5.  EAC approved Revision C of the Test Plan on February 1, 2018.  If you would like to view documents related to this test campaign, please visit our website.  Ryan Macias is the project manager on this test campaign.

ES&S EVS 6.0.0.0.   EAC approved Revision 1.2 of the Test Plan on January 16th.  If you would like to view documents related to this test campaign, please visit our website.  Ryan Macias is the project manager on this test campaign.

Hart Verity Voting 2.2.2. The EAC received the initial version of the Test Report for this system from SLI Compliance on March 16, 2018. Jerome Lovato is the EAC project manager on this test campaign.

Unisyn OpenElect 2.0.A.  The EAC approved the Test Plan for this system on March 23, 2018. Jerome Lovato is the project manager on this test campaign.

Unisyn OpenElect 1.3.0.2.A. The EAC certified the OpenElect 1.3.0.2.A voting system on March 15, 2018. If you would like to view documents related to this test campaign, please visit our website.

ES&S EVS 5.4.1.0. On March 2, 2018, the EAC approved the application for EVS 5.4.1.0 modification to include a new hardware version of the ExpressVote to the previously certified EVS 5.4.0.0 voting system.  Ryan Macias is the project manager on this test campaign.
