Voting System Testing Update 3.29.16

?The "Voting System Testing Update" blog is an effort to keep everyone informed of the progress systems in the EAC’s Testing and Certification Program are making each week.  We hope that this adds additional transparency to our process and allows stakeholders to get a weekly update about test campaigns that impact their jurisdiction.

Voting Systems under Test:

ESS EVS 5.2.0.4.  ESS submitted an application for testing on March 24th. NTS completed and signed off on the Test Readiness Review on March 25th. ESS EVS 5.4.0.0. ESS is delivered a random sampling of production units for testing to NTS to make sure the proposed mitigations resolve the discrepancies found during electrical fast transient (EFT), Electrostatic Disruption (ESD), Electrical Power Disturbance and FCC Radiated and Conducted tests. Everyone Counts eLect Quad Audit 4.3.0. EAC received a request from Everyone Counts to suspend the campaign for 90 days to allow Everyone Counts time to work to address discrepancies found during the campaign so far. Hart Verity Voting 2.0. EAC approved version 1.2 of the Test Plan on March 10th. Functional testing is underway at SLI. SLI completed source code review, TDP review and all required hardware testing.
