Voting System Testing Update

The “Voting System Testing Update” blog is an effort to keep everyone informed of the progress systems in the EAC’s Testing and Certification Program are making each week. We hope that this adds additional transparency to our process and allows stakeholders to get a weekly update about test campaigns that impact their jurisdiction.

Voting Systems Under Test:  

ClearBallot Group ClearVote 1.4.   Testing continues on this system. If you would like to view documents related to this test campaign, please visit our website. Brian Hancock is the project manager on this test campaign.

Dominion Democracy Suite DVS 5.5.  EAC approved the application for the testing of this system on July 5, 2017. Ryan Macias will be the project manager on this test campaign.

ES&S EVS 6.0.0.0.  On Friday, October 13, 2017, the EAC received the initial version of the Test Plan for this system. EAC staff are currently reviewing and commenting on the Test Plan.  If you would like to view documents related to this test campaign, please visit our website. Unisyn OpenElect 2.0.  This system was certified by the EAC on October 17, 2017. All documents related to this test campaign are posted on our website.
