RFP & Requirements Document Review Service

May 17, 2017

For the last three years, EAC Testing and Certification Division reviewed and provided feedback to several states and counties drafting RFPs, creating requirements documents, or developing testing and certification programs in their jurisdiction.

We are happy to announce that we are expanding this service and encourage anyone in the process of developing an RFP, requirements documents or a certification program at the state or county level to contact us if you are interested in receiving feedback from us. We have quite a bit of experience with developing requirements and in depth knowledge of things you don’t want to forget to include in your RFPs. We are happy to work with you at any stage of the process to talk through your plans; provide information or resources as you prepare these materials; and/or review and send feedback on your draft documents.

Even if you are not interested in sharing your document(s) with us for review and feedback, EAC has sample RFPs and requirements documents on our website that you can use to help develop your RFPs and/or requirements documents. Please keep sending these to us so we can share them to help others.

Finally, if any of you have RFPs related to Election Night Reporting systems, please send those along to us! That is one area we don’t have samples to share and we are looking for information from you.

If you are interested in any of these services, please contact Jessica Myers (jmyers@eac.gov). We are happy to assist you!
