The Reports Consolidation Act of 2000 (Pub. L. No. 106-531) requires OIG to annually update our assessment of EAC’s most serious management and performance challenges facing the agency and briefly assess the agency’s progress in addressing those challenges.” The report is forward-looking and included in the prior year EAC Annual Financial Report.
