EAC has several projects under way to assist states in serving military and overseas citizens who register and vote absentee under the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act. Learn more

Accessibility

Accessibility for voters with disabilities is an important EAC priority. To highlight best practices in this area, EAC is collecting and sharing accessibility resources. About Public Testimony: In advance of the hearing, voters with disabilities were encouraged to share their experiences with accessible voting with the EAC. Commissioners decided to accept written testimony for an additional time period and the website has been updated to include the additional testimony.
