Corliss Jackson is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of Human Resources experience. She has worked in various federal government agencies, including the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, as a senior program manager and consultant. In 2018, Corliss returned to the federal government to serve as the Director of Human Resources at the U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC). She is responsible for implementing human capital strategies that enable the EAC to recruit, train, and retain a high performing and motivated workforce. Corliss holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy from SUNY Buffalo and a Master of Public Administration degree from The Ohio State University. She is an author, trainer, coach, and Certified Federal Career Strategist.
