EAC has issued the following advisories and guidance to assist states in their efforts to comply with HAVA. This information was issued based upon inquiries and clarifications submitted by election officials.
ANNOUNCEMENT: Commissioners recently adopted a policy clarification regarding allowable uses of HAVA Funds. The commission is also seeking comments on Maintenance of Effort (MOE) proposals or about MOE in general. To comment, send an email to HAVAInfo@eac.gov. Please indicate the subject in the email.
