A recently adopted commission policy now guides the process for requests for advisory opinions on the use of HAVA funds. All information on the new policy and process is available here. 

To submit a comment for one of the pending advisory requests listed below, send an email to havafunding@eac.gov. Please indicate in the subject line the advisory opinion request number. Comments submitted by mail should be addressed to Director, Division of HAVA Payments and Grants, 1225 New York Avenue, NW, Suite 150, Washington, D.C. 20005, Attention: Advisory Opinion Request. All comments will be posted after the comment period ends.
