We are trying something new on Tuesdays, so let us know what you think! The EAC will post a “Voting System Testing Update” blog every Tuesday in an effort to keep everyone informed of the progress systems in the EAC’s Testing and Certification Program are making each week. We hope that this adds additional transparency to our process and allows stakeholders to get a weekly update about test campaigns that impact their jurisdiction.
Voting Systems under Test:
Dominion Premier Assure 1.3. EAC received a draft Test Report for this test campaign on March 2, 2012. Dominion recently decided to add memory cards to the test campaign due to a request from a jurisdiction, so SLI Global Solutions (Voting System Test Laboratory) is revising the Test Plan and will conduct testing on the memory cards at the request of the manufacturer. Upon completion of this testing, the draft Test Report will be revised and resubmitted to the EAC. For documents related to this test campaign, please visit our website. Joshua Franklin is the project manager on this test campaign.
Dominion Democracy Suite 4.0. The EAC is currently reviewing the draft Test Report for this test campaign. The EAC will provide feedback to Dominion and Wyle Laboratories (Voting System Test Laboratory) by April 23, 2012. Then, the EAC will work with Dominion and Wyle to resolve the comments and Wyle will submit a revised Test Report. If you would like to view documents related to this test campaign, please visit our website. Jessica Myers is the project manager on this test campaign.
Dominion Sequoia WinEDS 4.0. This system is currently preparing for a limited scope retest at SLI Global Solutions and the EAC will be notified when the testing is complete.
