One of the EAC’s top priorities is providing guidance, advisories and best practices to election officials to help them comply with HAVA and improve election administration processes. Two of the most popular items produced by EAC’s RPP are: Election Management Guidelines and Quick Start Guides.

Election Management Guidelines (EMGs)

The Election Management Guidelines are designed to help state and local election officials administer and manage elections. Each chapter in the guidelines was vetted by recognized election experts and offers discussions about election issues. Chapters in the EMG include:
