One of the EAC’s top priorities is providing guidance, advisories and best practices to election officials to help them comply with HAVA and improve election administration processes. Two of the most popular items produced by EAC’s RPP are: Election Management Guidelines and Quick Start Guides.
Election Management Guidelines (EMGs)
