EAC to Consider Process for Adopting NVRA Regulations

WHAT:

Public Meeting & Hearing (10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
Commissioners will discuss EAC’s regulatory authority under the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) and consider approving a process for adopting NVRA regulations. Commissioners will also consider revising a HAVA funding advisory on Maintenance of Effort (MOE) requirements and discuss other administrative matters.
