MEETING AGENDA

Discussion of the statewide voter registration list guidance and the voter identification

provisions of the Help America Vote Act of 2002 (HAVA).

HEARING AGENDA

EAC will solicit comments on the proposed voluntary voting system guidelines and

receive presentations from state election officials and academicians. EAC will also hear

comments specifically related to the wireless capabilities testing guidelines.

PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD

After presentations are concluded, members of the public will be able to comment on

the voluntary voting system guidelines. Members of the public who wish to speak
