MEETING AGENDA

Discussion of the proposed voluntary voting system guidelines and the statewide

voter registration list guidance.

HEARING AGENDA

EAC will solicit comments on the proposed voluntary voting system guidelines from

the election community and the public. EAC will receive presentations regarding the

guidelines from representatives of testing laboratories and equipment vendors.

EAC will also hear comments about testing guidelines for the Voter Verifiable Paper

Audit Trail (VVPAT). Participants will include state and local election officials whose

state law requires VVPAT and from academics and advocates.

PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD

After presentations are concluded, members of the public will be able to comment on

the voluntary voting system guidelines. Members of the public who wish to speak
